Main Character Concept

The character I have to spend the most time and work on is of course the main character. I was only giving myself basic direction with her age being around ten and being a female. I have no name in mind, because I feel when creating characters if I give them a name it'll give bias to how they'll look or act; example would be wanting to create a character named Bob and the end result would be your mind would subconsciously think of all the people named Bob you know and project that on to your character. Since the story takes place in a more steampunkish society, I went with a nice dress for her with different variations. Later while researching how living in the clouds would work I found it'd be very cold hence my changes in her dress from the short sleeves to a more winter looking attire.
